Heal your body naturally. I’m an experienced Reiki Master and a firm believer in a holistic approach to well-being. The human body is made up of the mind, body and spirit. All three must be in working order, so that a free flow of energy is achieved. Through my practice, I work hard to release this energy and promote well-being. My spiritual and therapeutic approach is meant to evoke harmony and well-being in each and every one of my clients.
What is Reiki

Reiki is a relaxation technique using energy healing that treats the whole person. Focusing on the mind, body and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, harmony, balance and well-being.
Reiki is not a substitute for medical care. Reiki is used as part of complementary treatment as with integrative medicine. Reiki is energy healing and is non-invasive and can be used with healthy clients or those with medical conditions.

I use techniques that are customized for each client with the importance of integrity for well-being of mind, body and spirit. Reiki Distance Healing

Reiki Distance Healing is a spiritual healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each client's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. Distance Reiki can be sent for yourself or to others.
Chakra Balancing
Chakras are responsible for the flow of energy throughout your entire body. If a Chakra wheel is blocked, it can stop the free-flowing energy in our bodies and therefore cause disruption. Chakra balancing, healing and clearing can lead you to a healthier, happier, more fulfilled life.

House Blessings are a beautiful way to bring happiness, peace, love, good health and prosperity to your new or existing or your home. Good intentions, prayers and positive energy are all ways to add to your house blessing.
A House Cleansing is done for clearing out negative energy using sage or other methods. In our homes, we're not only living among all the energy we release or attract to our homes, but also of those who has lived there before us. A House Cleansing will help to improve the energy in your home providing peace and harmony.
